My coaching philosophy is based on the belief that every individual has the power to achieve their goals and create the life they desire. I work with clients to identify their strengths and values, and help them create a plan of action to achieve their desired outcomes.

I work with leaders who are just getting started on their leadership journey to mid-level and senior leaders.  Every leader has the ability to make a great impact.  The support of a coach empowers leaders to advance no matter where they're at in their leadership journey. 

I have extensive corporate experience as a senior leader in Human Resources with a long history of helping leaders advance, inspire, and thrive.  In addition to my practical experience, I have a background in psychology and a deep understanding of human behavior and motivation. I believe that true change comes not just from setting goals, but from understanding the underlying beliefs and patterns that may be holding us back. I bring a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to every coaching session.
